フィードバックを提供するStopped on the way to family's house for some coffee and donuts for the kids. My coffee was definitely not made how I asked. And I used mobile ordering so there shouldn't be any reason why it was wrong. I even double checked in the app to make sure I didn'tmake a mistake, I didn't. Unfortunately I had driven away before I even took a sip so I didn't know it was wrong. They also gaveme the wrong donuts, as they handed me the bag they said what donuts were in there so I looked and said yeah these are wrong andtold them the right order (should've been my clue to check the coffee). I again double checked the app and made sure I didn'torder the wrong donuts, I didn't. Also they just threw the donuts in the bag so they were upside down and stuck together. Thechocolate frosting on one was all over the other donut and the bottom of the bag. Not a good experience.
I really enjoy DD coffee, but the prices have become quite high, almost bordering on price gouging. Adding extras like whipped cream to a drink costs an additional 75 cents, and if you want a cold drink without ice, it's an extra 50 cents. The quality of the drinks can vary depending on who prepares them. Furthermore, it seems like they've adjusted the points system in a way that allows them to charge customers even more.
I ordered three shots of espresso over ice, and the store charged me $1.29 just for the cup. The associate attempted to explain that they had to charge me separately for the cup, even though I had ordered three shots of espresso. How else would they serve the espresso? In my hands? The whole experience was frustrating and absurd.
I just spent $15 on three drinks, and I ended up throwing them all away because they were disgusting. The staff was rude and seemed to be in a hurry, even mishandling my order at the window. They really need to get it together, as I can easily spend my $15 elsewhere. If you're not interested in doing your job, there are plenty of people who would be.
Terrible experience. They never get my order right, and they act like it's changed when I've been ordering the same thing for the past five years. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
