The Half-way Cafe - Brodhead

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I had a fantastic experience! The owners were extremely friendly, and I was really impressed by the menu featuring local cuisine. I had the breakfast burrito and a fruit parfait, both of which were delicious! I definitely recommend this place!

I had an amazing experience at this new café in Brodhead! The service was incredibly friendly, the drinks were impressive, and the food was sourced locally. As the owner of Black Walnut Kitchen in Monroe, I was thrilled to learn about this new spot that prioritizes local ingredients. After my visit, I was even more impressed and honestly a bit envious that we don't have a coffee shop in Monroe! The decor was inviting and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the delicious drinks—especially the chai tea and Italian soda. The food was made with fresh, local ingredients, which made it even better. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself! It’s great to see more businesses in Green County supporting local products and meeting such kind and friendly owners.

Everything we've tried so far has been excellent! We've visited three times in a week, and each experience has been different and enjoyable. The atmosphere is always upbeat, making it a consistently great coffee shop in the city. Today, I had lunch and tried the meatball sandwich, Giardiniera, and cheesecake for the first time. Without a doubt, this is my favorite spot in the green district!

Arrested in today and got a salted caramel latte, orange string muffin and rhubarb scoone. Everything amazing! I also love having a children's menu. SO HAPPY, a small café back in our city!

Stopped in and had lunch today with one of my dear friends. We both had a coffee that was excellent. Service was great, staff was friendly and the food was fantastic!
