Bucciferro Family Mcdonalds - Brodhead

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited ten minutes for someone to take my order, but no one did. There have been multiple occasions where I have been left waiting for over 5 minutes, and when I asked for help, the staff were rude. Additionally, the food is often cold or sloppy and not prepared correctly.

I received the complete opposite of what I had ordered at this restaurant. It took them an extremely long time to prepare the three items I had requested, and even when I pointed out the mistake, my order was still incorrect.

The service at this restaurant is terrible - it takes forever to receive your food, even when there is no line. If you arrive after 5 pm, I would not recommend coming here.

I don’t know why you people think you deserve $15/hr when you can’t do the job for 8. You guys constantly f*ck orders up. Learn how to do a simple job.

Service is terrible. Took 10 mins to get me 2 cheeseburgers and some nuggets, then they only put 9 nuggets in my basket. I think the server needs to go back to preschool to learn how to count.
