Dunkin' Donuts - Brockton

I've been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, and their coffee has always been excellent. However, they've recently switched to using paper cups that are quite flimsy. Some Dunkin' locations have also changed their cup lids; the ones with an open hole make the coffee shoot out like 3-4 feet! The Dunkin' down the street has switched to lids with a cover over the hole. After dealing with coffee splattering all over my new car a few times, I’ve decided to go to the other location now.

The young lady at the window was extremely nice and polite. My food was prepared perfectly, just as I requested. The caramel iced coffee was also made to perfection. I left for work with a smile on my face.
