Domino's Pizza - Brockton

Ive gone here several times, the staff is always super friendly, pizza is always hot and hardly ever a wait. Definitely would recommend.

This place is horrible. The owners need to evaluate their system because it is an operational disaster. Food was ordered and took 2 and a half hours to be delivered. The food was made within the first hour and sat for an hour and a half before it wasdelivered. The food was not fresh and was dry from sitting under heat lamps for a long time. The store was called and theemployee offered no empathy or even tried to offer any resoloution. They just said they don't have a delivery driver. Well oneshowed up 2 and a half hours later so where was he with our food for an hour and a half after it was made. This place isdefinatly shady and the ownership needs to consider closing the doors if this is the way customers are treated.

This specific location makes the best pizza. I haven't had a complaint to make. I enjoy it every time I make a purchase. Great customer service.

I got 2 large pizzas one cheese one Hawaiian and a sprite. It has almost took 1 hour for it to arrive at my location which is a 15 min drive. I called wondering why it has take so long and instead of a estimated time I got met with a “it will be there shortly”. I am very displeased and disappointed in my experience and should have done research before ordering from a 3 and a half star establishment. Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have to deal with this nonsense and lack of communication.

Samuel delivered my food very fast! He was pleasant when there was items missing in my order. He came back and made sure my order was complete with a smile!
