Bertucci's - Brockton

Wonderful place for a family dinner. We ordered the lasagna, it was quite a big portion and delicious, the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, the alfredo was more oily than creamy, the kids pepperoni pizza, came out a little hotter than what one would normally hand a child, but once it cooled it was a great option and perfectly made. Had terrific service with a very clean dining area.

My mom first introduced me to Bertucci's when I was a pre-teen, and I instantly fell in love with their Brookline location. The rolls alone were enough to win me over! Now as an adult living in Brockton, I remember their previous location in the Westgate Mall, but I'm glad they moved to the Easton border and are still going strong. They never fail to impress. My favorite pizza has always been the Pucillo, paired with the Tuscan wings that have just the right amount of spice. I was pleasantly surprised by the switch to calabrese wings, which I think I enjoy even more. This year, I was blown away when I took the time to read the entire pizza menu and discovered that The Bertucci is a pepperoni pizza! It's absolutely fantastic! This location consistently delivers a wonderful meal with a touch of elegance and genuine hospitality.

Margarita was attentive and helpful, answering our questions about the entrees or finding the answers for us. However, when our meals arrived, mine was cold (the oven-baked dish), and she sincerely apologized for that. While I waited for my meal to be corrected, she brought me a complimentary salad while my boyfriend enjoyed his dish. When my food returned, it was piping hot, and she apologized again for the inconvenience. Before leaving, we praised Margarita for her excellent service and asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was busy cooking due to being short-staffed. However, my boyfriend took the initiative to find the manager and praised Margarita for her friendliness and great service. We will definitely return, but we are giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because my meal was initially served cold.

I took my mom there for dinner, and we ordered the special polenta with braised beef, as well as minestrone soup and risotto balls. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and left feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you!
