Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service we received from Heather T. It seemed like she may have been poorly trained or having a rough day. Heather, a blonde server with a facial piercing, greeted us with a forced smile and some unfriendly behavior. The fries were soggy, the Reuben sandwich was mediocre (made with processed cheese instead of real Swiss), but the veggie wrap and nachos were tasty. Heather's negative attitude and pushiness to close out our tab ruined what could have been a decent 3.5 star review for this new restaurant with a nice hometown feel. We will give Strut's another chance in the future. Some tips for improvement: give customers time to look at the menu before asking about appetizers, don't try to clear plates while they are still eating, and avoid giving judgmental looks to customers who haven't paid their bill yet. Also, does Strut's Restaurant have a dessert menu? We weren't offered one.

We had dined at this restaurant twice before when it was Struts and several times when it was Francescas, and everything had always been excellent in the past. However, tonight was a different story. The main issue we encountered was that all condiments were skimped on. For example, when we ordered the ultimate nachos with sour cream and jalapenos, we were given only a teaspoon of sour cream for two people. Moving on to the main course, I had the chicken Alfredo. While the chicken was good, there was no sauce on the pasta whatsoever. Despite the menu listing bread as a side, none was served with the meal. When I asked for some, the waitress said she needed to warm some up in the oven. Eventually, the bread was brought out in a simple basket without a liner, butter, or Parmesan. It looked unappealing and tasted like vinegar. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and won't be returning anytime soon.

Awful experience. When my group of 3 arrived, there was a table of 4 already seated. It took 45 minutes to receive our order, which consisted of two burgers and an order of wings. Despite being a simple order, the $9 burger was dry and tasteless. The accompanying fries were small, greasy, and mostly consisted of the hard, bottom-of-the-bag pieces. The only positive was that the waitress knew how to pour drinks. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Friendly bar staff, decent food, and clean environment. What more do you want from a hometown pub when you are not a local?

I wish there was a Zero star option, waitress was great, however, we had 2 mixed drinks, kids had 2 sodas, 2 orders of cheese fries (that were mush) 1 large salad (which was wilty) a chicken wrap, and an order of chicken tenders. Mind you family of 4 or bill with out tip was $79.00...What tha what???? It was NOT WORTH IT. WILL NOT GO BACK. Don't waste your money.
