Wayback Burgers - Broadview Heights

Without a doubt, these are the best burgers in Cleveland at the moment. The facility is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the burgers are made to order with the freshest ingredients, prepared exactly as requested in no time at all. If you’re driving on Route 82 toward I-77 in Broadview Heights, you’re missing out if you don’t stop by and give them a try. Bravo!

08/13/2023, went to use the bathroom before ordering. Couldn 't wash my hands when I was finished using the toilet because soap was empty. Things happen, occasionally soap runs out... Went into women 's bathroom (they 're single person occupancy so gender doesn 't matter in this scenario)... Women 's room was also out of soap... I question the store why both were empty as a bathroom check should of been done before the store opened... All I got was yes they 're both out of soap to which I responded with, I can 't eat here if there 's no soap .... They tried to let me use their sink behind the counter and I said no, walked out to Jersey Mike 's and washed my hands there. Avoid this location at all costs as they lack simple sanitary measures

Stopped on a whim driving home from a trip, so glad we did. Oreo milkshake was fantastic! The classic burger and onion rings were really good too! The bathrooms were also really clean!

Two of us went there for lunch on Saturday. It’s located in a small shopping plaza. The restaurant is new and modern. We placed our orders consisting of a double cheeseburger and regular fries and a Philly cheesesteak with Mayo A single order of fries and onion rings. The service was fast but order was wrong. We were the only dine in guests at that point. They corrected the order and redeliver our food. We were surprised that the Mayo on the Philly was squirted in the outside of meat rather than on on the bun. The fries and onion rings were good. The sandwiches were good in taste and portion size.

This was my first time trying Wayback, and I found the burgers and fries to be very delicious. We will definitely return!
