Shuka - Broad Channel

Whipped feta pistachio dip was definitely the highlight of the night! Best dip I’ve had. Little bits of pistachio adds nice texture to the creamy feta. So good. Fried halloumi was perfectly salty and savory. The cheese boureka was but more like a dessert-like for me. And we got sirloin steak and grilled lamb kebabs with saffron rice. The grilled lamb was super tender and juice! And the saffron rice was definitely a surprise because it was just so unexpectedly good!!! The service was of course great and nice ambiance too!

My family's favorite meal in Manhattan. The labneh and cilantro whipped feta cannot be beat.
