Staff was very polite. Food was prepared as requested. Very busy during breakfast and lunch times so a little patience goes a long way. Overall positive experience.

The manager and an employee both came up to me and rudely asked me to leave the store because they were not open. After I informed them both it was 7 o?clock which was part of their hours of operation they looked at his own watch before realizing his mistake. On a positive note, this place makes amazing juices really good don?t forget to tip !

The deli in the back makes wonderful plant-basexd sandwiches and wraps. Its so refreshing to have a place where everything on the menu is accessible and delicious.

I used to get the sandwiches here a few times per week and they were great. The last 3 TLS 's I 've ordered had the plant based bacon burned and the sandwich was barely edible with the bacon turning into rock hard chunks in my mouth. The last 2 vege-ball subs were extremely dry even though I asked for extra sauce . I 'm going to be getting my lunch elsewhere until they figure out their sandwich quality control. It ends up being a $10 lunch that isn 't very enjoyable anymore.

Love the idea of this store and have been trying to support it for almost 20 years despite the customer service being somewhat hot and cold at times. But today I tried for the this time in a week to patronize the juice bar and for the third time failed. Since there is no clear demarcation of where to stand to wait to order versus where to stand to wait for your order to be filled, and since the service is usually somewhat slow, one is often at the mercy of self policing.
