Sandwiches? Fantastic! Delivery? Terrible. They really need to use Dashers instead of their own drivers to meet demand. I had to wait two hours for an order last week. I think I’ll stick with JJs until they make that change.

I really think you should stop putting so much ice in the drinks. When I order a large Dr Pepper, it gets filled to the top with ice, and by the time I receive it, it's watered down. I end up finishing it quickly because there's only about a quarter of the cup filled with soda; the rest is just ice. On a positive note, the sandwich was quite good!

The restaurant is generous with their toppings and usually gets my orders right. However, I'm giving them one less star because twice in a row, I've received my Beach Club sub with just one piece of turkey. Out of everyone I know, I definitely prefer the least amount of meat on my sandwich, so for me to feel this is outrageous says a lot.

Wow!!! This is just how I remember them being when I was in college. Delicious, great toppings. Will be ordering #4 TURKEY TOM again!

The sandwhcih I ordered wasnt great , the tomatoes were very mushy and old. It was very dry as well, not very flavorful. The Diet Coke also had way too much ice and was flat. Love jimmy johns so Im hoping it was a fluke but for what I paid this was not worth it
