Food was good, I would recommend this place. Affordable and good.

Came here for a birthday brunch. The service was amazing but menu pricing was very misleading (they list $23—27 per paella dish, but they actually charge pp for the same size dish; so you end up paying $46—92 for a dish listed for $23). The paellas were all the same size, which didn’t justify the price gauge. Met up with friends for brunch at El Born and was so impressed with how wonderful the food was and how they handled our large party with ease. The brunch pre fixe was a DEAL! Will definitely be back soon to try more dishes but the squid ink paella was a highlight.

This was our first time at El Born, and also our first time at a tapas restaurant. The staff was friendly and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and was readily available if you had any questions. The Seleccio D'embutits was good but I wish there would have been a bread or something to go with the meat. There were a few small cracker-like items, but maybe only five for the entire plate.
