What a great evening at BPH! We were in Boston at Equinox on Franklin, near Faneuil Market, and afterwards were looking for a terrific post workout meal. Boy did we find it! Bostonia Public House was a perfect choice. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, and I ordered a Monkey 47 martini, which was fantastic. We had delicious Korean pork ribs, fantastic clam chowder and a chicken sandwich. The atmosphere is great lively but not too loud. And our server Karen was perfection the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. All in all a great meal, and next time we're in Boston, we'll return there for sure!
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Boston. It's conveniently located near Faneuil Hall and the food is consistently excellent. Server was a bit inattentive this last time, but usually not problematic. Noise level can be high, but on this visit was pleasant with someone playing piano near our table. We'll continue to frequent this restaurant and often bring our guests when in the city.
We visited the Bostonia on Father's Day Saturday for brunch. I hate that you still need a credit card for reservations for more than 2 people. Kinda like a Covid throwback. There were four of us dining. We started with the short rib poutine and the donuts. Four meals and a few **** Mary's. $200 for brunch.
Wonderful experience and the food was amazing. Service was attentive and so kind. Calamari was delicious. Best scallops I’ve had in awhile and the kids loved the s’more dessert.
