Abraço - Broad Channel

This is my go to coffee spot in Manhattan. Some of the best espresso I have ever had. If you’re a coffee fan, I highly recommend this place.

One of the best coffee I had in NY! Their moka and olive oil cake are just out of this world ! The place was really busy but we managed to score a table on a sunday.

I happened to stop by this place when a sudden craving for coffee struck, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. It wasn't busy at all during my visit, and the service was excellent. The coffee was small in size but strong and delicious. However, they don’t offer skim milk if that’s what you prefer. I would definitely come back!

I've found my new favorite coffee shop in the East Village! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are not only stylish but also very knowledgeable and friendly. The iced latte I had was exceptional. I usually add simple syrup or some sort of sweetener to my coffee, but this iced latte was delicious on its own. I highly recommend it, and it's only $5.25 before tip!

A couple of things to keep in mind: they have a no laptop policy, so if you’re looking to work on your computer, you might want to choose another location. I don’t mind this policy since Abraço is such a popular place; if everyone started using their laptops, it would be tough to find a spot to enjoy my drink or snack. They also don’t offer non-dairy milk, which is a bit disappointing for me because I can’t have cow's milk—so I’m limited to espresso or drip coffee. Both are excellent, but sometimes I just crave a latte! On the plus side, Abraço seems to be quite family-friendly, which is lovely. The space is spacious enough for energetic kids, and it’s nice to be in an environment where everyone is connected and engaged with each other. They used to only accept cash, but as of July 2023, they now take cards!
