Escobar - Brno

The burgers have a good taste. Above average for Brno, prices are not the highest I have seen in the Czech Republic. The only weakness are the drinks: too expensive and not a traditional Czech beer (mostly shots and colorful drinks), but it fits into the atmosphere. In general, the restaurant is much above average for the region and you will love the interior/terase design.

One of the best cocktail bars in Brno with a nice and friendly staff. I just had to wait with an empty glass for a long time before some staff came and offered to get another round, but overall it was a great experience

Some people are saying this is the best burger in Brno. I hope not. Beef burger is all about the patty and here it was underwhelming. The meet is too rough and doesn't taste great. Ordered medium rare and it was barely medium. My friend's burger was completely dry. The taste was generally weird as the fillings didn't work together and the burger didn't look anything like on the picture. Bun is too big, which is a common problem. All in all, it is an ok, fairly edible burger, which is better than most places and the place is quite nice.

Very lovely place, the decoration was nice and lovely and the food. I ordered a bbq burger and not only it looked delicious it also tasted delicious, they asked me if I want my meat medium rare or fully cooked burger absolutely juicy and filled with flavours and the drinks were on top. 10/10 would come again.
