There's a hole next to the chilling area and it is poorly barricaded. Customers service is bad, the lady at the counters with a Lesotho accent is rude yoh, shes impatient.

Wow, this is a great spot to relax and spend time with friends. Their prices are very reasonable, and the drinks are served ice cold!

It's a really cool and relaxed spot that I absolutely love. There's plenty of space to move around comfortably. The service at the counter is a bit slow, but that's something they can improve on. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe!
