Pizza Express - Bristol, City of

We were first one's in and hour and half later we still hadn't all been served. The server was very rude whilst taking our order, the food that came out was cold, it was the worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had!

We had a late lunch, 3pmish, the ,place was quite empty. Sat down and service was slow, 2 staff just standing around looking like they were deciding who HAD to serve us! We both had pizza's that were average and decided on dough balls, very pricey at £5.95, wouldn't order again. The place felt very noisy despite very few people and perhaps music could be quieter. Overall overpriced.

At very short notice on a Saturday night they got a table arranged for us for 13. The staff were amazing, friendly and efficient, the food came out really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Cannot fault the place would definitely go again.

Nice place, but not as nice as the old Pizza Express at the top of Park Street. No character. Staff were all really nice and friendly, but poor organization. Food was great, but the poor organization meant that there were delays between courses.

Well almost enjoyed my visit to this pizza express but think that they are all the same seated straight away and ordered within 5 mins and pizza arrived just over 5 mins later the disappointing thing was that after having 2 or 3 slices the rest of the pizza was getting cold by the time it came to the last piece it was stone cold surely the cooking time should be more then 5 mins or less .
