Bristol Bbq

Was catered for work. Sandwich was smaller than a biscuit, pork was dry and cold as hell. Slaw had zero taste. Canned beans would have been better. And the cookie was a stale bagged piece of dough. Will never eat or recommend this poor excuse for a BBQ joint again.

I’ve been here about 7 times and its a decent place to eat, but it’s definitely not the best Barbecue in Bristol. It’s a drive through only restaurant which gives it a fast food impression, which is not horrible. It’s quick and convenient which is a nice change of pace for a bbq restaurant, and the staff mostly seems pretty nice. Food wise it’s…….okay. It’s nothing horrible but not a top notch bbq dive. Brisket and Pork both have decent flavor but tend to be on the overdone side. Sauce is a over sweetened mess, with a excess of brown sugar and molasses. Side are pretty run of the mill, beans, Mac and cheese, green bean; nothing horrible, nothing great. They do have some interesting combinations such as the BBQ tots and loaded nachos that are a fun spin. Everything is priced reasonably as well. They do have a tendency to be out of certain thing. Not a lot, but enough to notice. Overall Bristol BBQ is the McDonalds of local barbecue. Not a top notch spot by any means, but not horrible. Quick, convenient, mediocre.

Great flavor and prompt service for a meal that won’t hurt your wallet. staff is very friendly and gave my dogs some pup cups! would definitely recommend and will be back. brunswick stew awesome as always!

The bbq is great. The service is great and friendly. The atmosphere is about a good as you can get for a drive thru.
