Applebee's - Bristol

The service was a bit slow, and the food was just average. We accidentally received another table's appetizer plate, which was brought to us by a waitress who just sort of slammed it down on our table. It clearly belonged to the other guests. Overall, they seemed a bit disorganized.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but we won't be returning anytime soon. We waited two hours for our food, which arrived in parts. While our waitress was very kind and even suggested we should get a discount, the manager refused our request. We ended up having our entire meal without any drink refills, just chewing on the ice we had left, and we never received one of the sides we paid for. It certainly wasn't the fancy experience of a place like Applebee's and turned out to be a disappointing date night!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at an Applebee's. The food was terrible, and the service was almost non-existent. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but that changed tonight.

It was absolutely fantastic! The rare steak was cooked to perfection, the ribs were tender and delicious, the spinach dip was warm and paired perfectly with fresh chips, and the chicken nachos were a real treat. As impressive as the food was, the curbside service was flawless.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! Tonight, I placed a pick-up order, and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly polite. When I arrived to pick up my order, the parking lot was full, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. However, my food was brought out to me promptly and steaming hot, with a great attitude from the server. Once I got home and tried the food, it was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Applebee's in Bristol is doing everything right!
