The Brat Cave - Brisbane

I was disappointed to not find any German beer on tap at this restaurant. I had hoped to enjoy some authentic German brews with my meal of sausages. The portion size of the sausages on the plate was good and they were delicious. The bratwurst in a bun was tasty and reasonably priced. However, the garlic bread was a letdown. It was a very small portion, dry, and overcooked with hardly any garlic or butter.

I have nothing to complain about! Stephanie made me a fantastic classic gimlet and gave me some excellent recommendations.

When I go to a German establishment, I expect to be able to enjoy traditional German brews along with delicious sausages. The sausage platter was a good size and the sausages were tasty. The bratwurst in a bun was also delicious and a decent size for the price. However, the garlic bread was extremely disappointing - it was dry, overcooked, and lacked both garlic and butter.
