フィードバックを提供するWe have lived in Albion for years and this has always been one of our favourite restaurants, for a couple of years now we have started to change our mind. We witnessed how the restaurant slowly deteriorated from a managerial point of view and how...the quality of the food deteriorated rapidly. Because of the thousand quarrels that occur among the staff during the service, it has now become difficult to have dinner without feeling out of place and embarrassed while the workers shout Italian phrases. The last time we were there it was a really unpleasant experience, sorry but we won't be back.
To who may this concern for the response on friday last week to who responded christmas day thinking maby it might worst christmas for me . to u it might have worked out that i did have a bad xmas but i didn’t: it was...beautiful : hearing that kind of things read about u and ur family , when it’s ur life to look after people and love the feel on italian cuasin bring people in a chilled out way trattoria fiamme speaking in italian it’s a way me gianluca to see this so maby the costerma doesn’t feel it consererned , and enjoy there meal leave happy and content .. i’m so sorry that maby everything that something comes out of the mouth of a staff member isnt for that table but i no that people kn that we look after them as we would to look after our selfs. hospitalaty to me means ,life the life i love the feeling of sates fischione when custama wolks out our feeling the robertiello feel... when that family helps u and not just me gianluca who went out to help that chef to me chef is a person that can cook what someone need him to cook prep in time wile telling aprentests tips making shore tables go out right ,wile explaine to the floor stafe the situation to the kitchen just so the custerma doesn’t suffer thats a chef working that to me is a chef when you are a person that personly when out of my way to help that chef i argued with last friday to me he is an aprentest at best. why ? because he has show me showing that everyday he is decresssing in want cear to his place of work and to food it get affected straght away decreasing his capacity and costing in the restorante and australi money . to this significant person was once an asset totally u were the total oppeset back then he was just untidy for a chef i say sloppy but he was efficient to cook in the restorante. but now the end of this year custermars start to saffer and u see in in the capsaty of the restorant . my family is a well know family , we have introdusse italian at its best in brisbane in a way to show us our italian family in food. it really herts when ur working and in that night i making shore everyone had everything and the time there was grate and happy 50!people ! if u were in the restorante u would have see that night i was working with a fantastic girl that in 1 month showed me that a runner can run for 50 people fantastic!with no drama no excuses and have been quite pushy with her but she amazes me daily gaia amassing and focused in helping my family help in every way possible ,by me sending sending a staff member early that evening coz of work related issus , we have spoke about it and me and brianna are better then ever me and her have never held anything to each other if there is a problem we meet a straght away and solve and work it and in life touched wow friends tight since the day one me and her meet . comiunicat and took out for each outher brianna trofei amazing that such a young girl is the staff member who has been there the longest to work side by side a family then ever she is holds the record for working for a family member of mine that to me means a lot in my eyes it shows me she cears non and her gol no mater were the chef “” sane ti but a 1year working for him self after leave a year and half shows that time in there and in australia is not worth it for u for sorry but ill come back to the conversation of the evening the table that there was issued the mistake was a table of 9 that for 30 min at the beginning of the night there were just in 4 family table that the only 2 kids had kids pizza and thoes 2 kids with there parents dressed nice berry educatted i was looking at the attentevly the table was kind enough to get drinks and nibbles while waiting , now as as a worker and client in hospitalary sometime that can be exencive , now i was serving then took the order in how the kitchen wants it taken to chek that table i couldn’t i went with faith witch with my father and chef ! i sore this and said “chef” i don’t kn but that’s wrong he reply’s that’s what i got to do , i ask for 2 kid pizza, wile i throw back the capess entry doing so i see the “chef” walking out of the pass telling me to clean 2 bocconci and a peace of tomato instead of said yes gianluca i will get that pizza 2 min as it takes and im shore shain pizza maker would have started will this was happening “” when my farther ask him to go home and he leaves a duabul restorante ant for my brother that so call chef”” my brother has allowed him to work and try still to stay in australia and erm money last 5 years instead sit on the benched out the back of the pass full view in main street window verry unprofessional help my brother and work it out later to stay there just to get payed after what my brother the owner of the restorante has help him with not only stay in brisbane but living and his ex girlfriend in funicher to live give spending over 10 thousend on a spinner defacto ? on that chef “” they were right to not clame him as a chef in my oppininon ... to him yes but to other chefs deffanatly but there other chefs the should ex carmelo bercofino ! and look at that for a chef and working like a gun he makes it and he won’t if i was him i would take a good look at my serfe carmine 1 out a few is pizza chef that do he to me deserves it were the fiamme piaZza chef doesn’t is only a inquiery for my family! but this is only my opinion and i have a right to say the call is on my brother and i’ll respect him properly i’m sorry for that i never enjoy showing the custerma that tipe of feel and vibe but mabey in haveing said that u custerma can see how much i care for u how much passion i have for the people that allow me to live my life i’m epeshialy sorry for that table all i’m sorry to that table from the bottom of my hart but iwork for u the custemer . not for people that care nothing but them selfs a italian that is creating problems in other italians in staying in owe country hope each of u has a grate xmas holiday and a amazing new year
Love love love. Such great atmosphere, wonderful food, beautiful family. Service was always with a smile. Our wonderful waitress Brianna was very attentive and ensured we were all happy and full ???? Grazie tutti
We went for lunch one Sunday for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. The Gluten-free pizza was scrupulous . We were a large group and everyone was extremely happy. We will definitely be back.
Decided to make another visit to this terrific restaurant. Just a quick lunch today, but very delicious. Shared a pizza and had good coffee. Very friendly, very busy place.Highly recommend.
