Pickle's Grill - Brimley

We chose to sit ourselves on the patio, and the manager—a larger, muscular guy in his mid-30s to 40s, wearing a red shirt—greeted us, handed us menus, and informed us that our waitress would be with us shortly. About eight minutes later, after noticing we hadn’t been attended to yet (understandably, given the busy atmosphere), he came back to apologize and took our drink order himself. Shortly after, our waitress arrived with our drinks and also offered her apologies for the wait. We decided to share the Whitefish tacos, which were excellent (5 stars!), and I ordered the French Onion soup while my mom had the white chili. Both dishes were outstanding. They did mistakenly bring my mom a bowl instead of a cup, and when she mentioned it, the waitress quickly offered to adjust the price, saying she was sorry for the mix-up. We also tried their famous Frickles—deep-fried pickles—and the seasoned batter made them irresistible. Overall, this was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time.

So glad this restaurant was recommended to us by a local. We were impressed by the staff and very happy with our food. The calamari was fantastic, the perch very tasty, the onion straws, coleslaw, chicken sandwich all very good. My mojito was not watered down and they had a good selection of domestic and craft beer. My only regret... I wish I could have tried the poutine!

Big portions of delicious food. An incredibly long list of beverage choices. Fast, courteous service with a personal welcome from the owner. Truly great place to eat, drink and relax with family and friends.

We had a fabulous time at Pickles! Beautiful view and we loved having the option to sit outside. The food was great and so was the service. We even got to participate in a corn hole tournament. Great Experience!

I thought the restaurant was quite nice. We had the frickles, and I really enjoyed them. The atmosphere was decent, and the fish tank added a charming touch. My only complaint is that I wanted to order a sundae, but they said the ice cream was freezer burnt. I believe that if you have items on the menu, they should always be fresh. Other than that, everything was good.
