Best burger in town, guys that work there are super friendly

A little seaside treat on a sunny afternoon! Had heard good things about Uncle Sam’s from fellow burger fans! Popped by twice in the last couple months well worth giving it a go! A hidden gem within the hustle and bustle of the seafront blink and you’ll miss it kinda place The shop operates out of a tuck shop style window serving up fresh beef, chicken and veggie burgers. Great value and meal deals are available too! It’s takeaway only, though there is a small table to grab if you can! Service was super quick, both chefs I spoke to were really polite and super friendly. Great vibes and long may Uncle Sam’s live on! Will be back soon

Uncle Sam’s Montpelier rd has got worst and worst over the last 10 years, the owners seem to have no clue about food, firstly the chilli has no heat before it was actually a chilli burger hot, when people order that they want something spicy not tamed down for everybody it’s a choice, secondly the burgers arrive stone cold, because the salad and chilli are refrigerated crazy makes the burger cold instantly, the buns are too big for the burger Pattie, and they are vegan in case one in a million Vegans want to eat there, it’s a hamburger restaurant no vegans will ever eat there because the bun gets toasted on the same grill as the meat, so it’s at the expense of all there loyal customers me being one since I was 10 now I’m 50 now , which moron makes all theses terrible decision. Probably a vegan and it cost 28 pounds for that. Rubbish
