Blank Slate is absolutely AMAZING. Truly the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly delicious, thoughtfully crafted, and simply delightful. Not a single flavor here is basic; each ingredient is chosen with care, and the combinations are spot on. This is likely the finest ice cream in the entire country. I've traveled far and wide, and this place stands out above all others, even those on the West Coast. I would give it 100 stars if I could! You must visit Blank Slate! I also appreciate that they offer delicious gluten-free and vegan options. It’s fantastic! I highly recommend it.

I've enjoyed nearly everything I've tried at this restaurant. While I'm a bit unsure about basil ice cream—though I know some people must enjoy it—the caramel apple flavor is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to return for another scoop. Be sure to get the waffle cone too; it’s delicious!

I visited for the first time yesterday and couldn't resist going back today. The service was fantastic, and the selection was impressive. This is honestly the best ice cream I've had in Michigan!

Just left my first blank slate experience and it was AMAZING. The fresh basil with the lemon zest olive oil drizzle was the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life! 5 stars!!

Wish I had taken pictures. Went here after dinner at Bourbons. Place was well staffed and staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their ice cream is homemade and uses all natural ingredients with unique flavors like Strawberry Basil. They have several flavors available, and you can sample them to decide which one(s) you will get. You can order cones or in a cup. I got a double scoop in a cup--Bananas Foster and Coconut. It was amazing. There is a place in PA that still is 1st in my heart, but Blank Slate is definitely up there with the best. They have limited indoor seating. Definitely recommend.
