Food is a bit hit and miss. Service slow and haphazard.
I had dinner at Grow 40 with my husband and was very good. The food was delicious and the ambience was very relaxing, cozy and romantic. The waiter was very polite and he was very mindful to all details. The only 'but ' is the price. It is a bit expensive.
Great meal attentive and friendly service, beautiful setting and fantastic wine list. I got served prosecco in an old fashioned champagne boat which I loved. We had the lobster burger menu which is a pretty good deal for £15.50 for a whole lobster. Only slight criticism is it was a touch cold and the portions of chips are very small (but probably the size we should be eating! . The desserts are incredible! Best I've had in ages, really inventive. Only thing was the whole thing was about £40 a head which is a lot. But the wine was good and we had two courses...
Absolutely outsdtanding and great value would recommend to everybody.
