Gar's Chinese - Brighton

During our 4-day stay in Brighton, we dined at Gars twice and were highly impressed both times. The first visit was so satisfying that we couldn't resist returning for a second meal. We strongly endorse trying the chef's set menu for 2.

The soft shell crab and squid at Tars' restaurant are fantastic. Our server, Kevin, was charming and the overall service was excellent. While the prices are not cheap, they are definitely worth it for the quality of food and service you receive.

Friendly staff, good service, lovely food. Happy to return again when i am next in Brighton.

Food is lovely but dishes quite small making it too expensive to have enough to eat.
