フィードバックを提供するToday it was my second visit to this place in a former factory now converted in one part into a restaurant perfectly run by a group fo young people those are aimed to give their customers a great experience. This is a so called hidden gem 45 minutes from the burstling acttivity of Paris, in a small village La Fabrique is quickly imposing themselves as reference point for people looking for a dining experience of great french food , influenced by some world tastes and flavours. They try hard to crreate a sympony of rich tastes , well balancing some of the powerful tastes of traditional historical french ingredients and some new vibrant touches . I was really impressed by their mouthful menu, from heavenly light gravelax cabillaud to their perfectly cooked Iberic plume and ther small three desserts, all pratically melting in the mouth . Smart and brave wine selection, let the sommelier help you , he loves wine and knows what he does, . The restaurant is also organizing jazz night dinners . Try them , they will for sure give you a great life moment
The atmosphere and the service of the restaurant is really top. The architecture and the modern decoration are original space, steel, grey and ferrarri yellow..)maybe slightly cold... The food seems very imaginative on the menu but disappoints slightly by its blandness.. The price for a lunch is OK but dinner are overpriced... Several friends recommended this restaurant and we may have too high expectations... All together: overrated...
Excellente adresse !Il manque 1 étoile dans la critique à cause du délai d'attente entre l'apéritif et le service de l'entrée ( 1h !!)Dommage sinon rien à dire ...Que du bonheur.
Toujours plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes nous nous sommes cette fois laissé tenter par le menu dégustation et ce fut sans regret.tout y est on se régale déjà à l'énoncé du menu puis une deuxième fois avec les yeux et la régalade ultime est pour le palet!!!!le cadre aussi chaleureux que classe l'équipe au top avec un service de haute qualité mais pas guindé.une adresse incontournable a brie!bon appétit!
Restaurant qui allie l'ambiance et la qualité de ses mets. Il vaut mieux réserver, surtout le midi car la clientèle est fidèle et revient.;ce qui est très bon signe.
