The Malt Shovel - Bridgwater

Having frequented on many occasions were sorry to say that the food standard regarding this visit was appalling, the reason we never made a complaint was that we had invited my Sister and her husband. We certainly will not be returning anytime soon. Barrie Smith

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good value food that is tasty too. My mother had limited mobility, but access was good, another plus! We'll be back!

I was visiting Bridgwater and came in here to The Malt Shovel with my boyfriend, Sunday July 2nd, 2023. We were greeted with a friendly smile when we entered. We found a good seat and enjoyed our drinks, the music and each others company here. We had a great time. There is also an outside area with lots of benches that we enjoyed , in the sun. We are looking forward to coming back.

We always visit The Malt Shovel. This time a family of four adults, we were serve amazing food, the flavours and quality were outstanding. the service was excellent and staff are always friendly. it's a pleasure to go here we will be back again. Thank you David and Family

First visit here and was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. The food was really delicious, generous portions and good value. Will definitely eat here again.
