As food, I can be picky with food. This handmade lasagna, however, was incredible. Make yourself a favor and visit this restaurant next time you are around!
My sister and I happened upon this restaurant one summer day before visiting Weko Beach, and what a stroke of luck it was! We were truly impressed by the cleanliness, the attentive service, and especially the delicious food. I ordered a margherita pizza and was delighted by its beautiful presentation and the wonderful homemade flavors. The sauce had just the right amount of vinegar, the delicate shavings of Parmesan were perfectly portioned, and the mozzarella was light, harmonizing beautifully with the fresh basil leaves. We enjoyed a lovely, quiet lunch at the picnic tables. We loved it so much that when I returned to town with my parents and husband, we made sure to stop there and order on our way home.
We got the chance to visit this restaurant after a family member gifted us a gift card. We absolutely loved our experience. The food was amazing, the ingredients were so fresh, the service was spot on. I recommend this spot to anyone looking challenge the taste buds. I couldn’t help myself —I love soup and pizzas. Decided to order both and wasn’t disappointed. The Nonna Buffalo is a must and Pasta Fagioli White Bean Soup was delish.
We had our first pizzas from Emma's tonight. One was the gluten-free three cheese and one was a wheat Roman-style fungi madness pizza. Both were fantastic. The gluten-free crust was billowy with a nice chew supporting well seasoned sauce and cheese. The second had mushrooms that were flavorful and generous. It was a cold night so both needed to be reheated when I got them home and each crisped right back up perfectly. The one gluten-free desert option they had tonight was a chocolate fudge cake. I usually skip those because they can be cloyingly sweet or just too heavy. This one was still a bit heavy, but my wife and I each had a couple bites, totally enjoyed it, and set the rest aside for tomorrow. Yes, the food was wonderful, but it's also worth noting that the service was great and I was appreciative seeing the entire staff masked. Thank you.
This was my first time dining at a restaurant in over two years and my first experience as a vegan. The hummus, beet, and arugula sandwich was simply amazing. I will definitely be returning!
