The Tasty Yolk - Bridgeport

This food truck is quite popular among locals, and I decided to stop here for breakfast based on the rave reviews I read. It was a chilly morning, and since I had my pet with me, I couldn't go into a sit-down restaurant. Fortunately, I was able to enjoy breakfast from my car. I quickly placed my order, which was a bit challenging since everything looked so good. My pet stayed calm, keeping a watchful eye on me during the short wait. Within five minutes, my order was ready. I was cozy and warm in my car while enjoying a delicious breakfast. The sandwiches were fantastic, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was impressively fast. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

The delicious egg yolk lives on his name! Very satisfied with the service and quality of my morning breakfast sandwich here. I wait patiently to try what they have to offer. Next time I'm happy to try the chorizo or the steak sandwich, sure. In any case, the prices are from $5 to $8. I have the pig that is a bacon, egg and cheese. I was offered their green sauce and hot sauce on the side that they also sell from the glass to $7. I usually go with Mayochup on my bacon, egg and cheese, but the green sauce here gave the sandwich a nice kick. They also came with the crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs and the crazy soft bunny action! Look at her. Tryed the fatone with sharp aeoli. Banging! Fresh. The grilled Smash potato had other people who want my meal. The Slenderizer was also fresh, got and delicious. Maybe. I'll ask for a green sauce next time. The Kimchi Kicker reloaded today. BANGER! Play Changer as your boy would say Joop. This sweetness, mixed with the crunchy of the kimchi and crispy bacon, say less. Get one before they replace it for the next special. You're welcome.

I really enjoyed the pork sandwich, which was essentially a bacon, egg, and cheese. It was the best one I had! The egg yolk was just the right level of runny, which I love!

I just had a bacon and egg sandwich along with a loaded potato topped with bacon, Pico de gallo, and a fried egg. I finished half of both before writing this review. The food was served hot and incredibly fresh; I could see the chef preparing my meal. The service was excellent and very friendly, and my order was ready in no time. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Great food!

Great breakfast sandwiches. Nice simple menu but plenty of options for different tastes.
