My husband came in the store two and a half before closing and tired ordering a 12 piece no white meat and was told that they were already cleaning for the night and couldn't accommodate what he wanted then he asked if he would be able to pay foranything the would make if they could put a case in he would pay for it all and the manager told him that whatever was left iswhat they were giving and making nothing more this being the north end of Bridgeport and business should be much better to makea profit not being concerned about closing up just saying
I've been visiting this KFC for years and it has always been great with good service. However, I went there today and the food was terrible. They forgot my sides, and while the service was okay, I tried to call but received no answer to report the missing items. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive back just to pick up the sides, so I feel like I wasted my money. Management really needs to look into this KFC; I'm very disappointed.
I had my worst experience ever at a KFC. After hours of driving, all we wanted was to grab a meal, so we decided to stop here. Unfortunately, there was no soda available, no ice, and only iced tea. They didn't have bottled water or any chicken—essentially, there was almost nothing to order. I understand this isn’t the fault of the employees, but it’s ultimately the manager's responsibility. I won't be returning, but I hope they address these issues because they will continue to lose customers. Additionally, the men's bathroom was out of service.
I ordered chicken and fries, but when I got home and opened the box, I was really disappointed with the portion size. It looked like a meal meant for a one-year-old.
