La Petite Auberge - Brides-les-Bains

We had no booking, but they managed to press us. We all had Steak and it was fantastic. Good service, nice restaurant and we go back to try more about the menu on Saturday.

We arrived right after skiing and were greeted in the warm friendly bar area. We asked about the opening of the kitchen and when there is room for us to eat and we booked at the table when the restaurant opened. We were lucky because the place was fully booked as soon as the restaurant was opened. It offered a simple but enticing menu with fresh pizzas and traditional alpine dishes. We had both pizzas that were well cooked and delicious. The service was great. Would be 100% anyone in Bride Les bains.

We have for the 31st January booked to celebrate New Year in the restaurant. Can't complain about food because it was really good, but the service was terrible. Since it was New Year's Eve, there was a special menu that was completely fine, although... we were at the table about 15 minutes and nobody explained what the menu was. We had to ask for one. When the food arrived, we had to ask the waitress to bring some water and bread. When we asked for the bill, we noticed that they accused us of a wine that was almost twice as high as that we had ordered. Fortunately, we checked the bill and told them that they changed the mistake. While we were at dinner, we noticed some other tables also this bad customer service. The food was really good, but I dare to say the service was extremely bad for a diner of €150.

We visited La Fabrik 3 nights in a row whilst on a skiing holiday. The food was amazing with great presentation, quick service and the waiters were lovely. It was a great mix of fine dining and home cooked food and by the end of...the trip we had almost tried everything on the menu! Great atmosphere and would highly recommend.

Great menu, good wines, fantastic food and service. What more can you ask for! Cafe gourmand is to die for.
