Domino's Pizza - Brewton

Ordered pizza online through app. Ready notification sent 15 min later. At pickup was told 15-20 min longer. This is 2nd time this has happened in past 4 weeks at this location. Either fix app, or train staff to properly use notification system.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying we tried to be understanding. We ordered our food and went to pick it up, my husband waited over an hour, only then after asking three times did they just start on the order. An hour after it was supposed to be done. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked to cancel the order. Not a big deal. I waited three days and checked my bank account. They still charged us for the food they were supposed to cancel. I called the manager, she said to come in for a refund. As we were only in town for the day that wouldn't be possible. She told me she would credit our dominos account. I called my local dominos a day later to see about the credit. There wasn't any credit. They stole from us, never refunded our money and lied to my face. I contacted corporate who referred me to the Franchise owner that was supposed to contact me a week ago. Now I know why his employees are liars and thieves, considering he couldn't contact me in a week. Horrible business. Stay away. They make their money off of people staying in town who they can rip off and won't come back.

The two medium pizzas I ordered, were BURNT, barely any sauce, I think that is why they were so black /Burnt, couldn 't even eat it, we threw them out. I called the store and got a manager he didn 't seem shocked to hear they were not fit to eat, and said he would refund my CREDIT CARD, LIE, they DID NOT CREDIT MY CARD, WHAT A WAY TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

I ordered a pizza and it's been over 1 hour and thy hadn't got my pizza delivered to me

Ridiculous rude staff wait time is outrageous they don’t answer the phone and they put you on hold and keep you there when they don’t want to be accountable for answering any questions about Quality of pizza or time of delivery and this isn’t from being short staffed this is pure laziness
