フィードバックを提供するThere are very few vegan choices available at this restaurant. The plant-based burger on the lunch menu, which comes with a brioche bun, was said to be completely free of eggs and dairy by the staff, but I later discovered that this was not true due to my dairy intolerance. While there is fruit offered for breakfast and I assumed the bagels were vegan, there are no other options worth the expensive price of dining here. It is a shame because the location is beautiful and the views are stunning - a few small changes could greatly improve this place.
The risotto dish was once vegan, but they had to remove the Parmesan.
I went to the main restaurant and asked the waitress if the risotto contained cheese, but she said she would check and never followed up. I ordered a beet salad without cheese, but it arrived mostly covered in cheese. Additionally, they did not have any bread or rolls available. Later, at an event dinner in the presidential ballroom, I ordered the vegetarian dish and received a dry, fried potato gnocchi with few veggies and no sauce.
Very elegant place, and the only one within 12 miles that offers vegan food. One starter dish and one main dish. The soup was really good. They also bring bread and spreads which are all vegan (hummus, olives and pickled veggies).
The vegan options at this restaurant are very limited. The plant-based burger on the lunch menu is advertised as being ice and milk-free, but I discovered it contained milk, which was disappointing due to my milk incompatibility. The breakfast menu may have vegan bagels, but overall there are not enough options to justify the high prices. Despite the beautiful venue and incredible appearance, a few small improvements could greatly enhance the dining experience at this place.
