We were advised in the hotel to book for one of the nights the restaurant is open. We truly enjoyed our meal and will go back if we are ever in the vicinity again.

We had a very good food experience in this Bistro where we had the pleasure to be welcome from Renata, a friendly and elegant managerin of this Bistrò. She gave us good suggestion for food and good wine of the area. The prices are very reasonable. Thank yuo Renata, we will come back and will suggest your restaurant to all our friends

Oh my goodness, what a magical experience this was! Peter and his wife have created a refined, completely unstuffy, and very special dining and wine-tasting experience in central Brixen. You would be wise simply to order the fixed-price menu, put yourself in Peter's expert hands regarding the accompanying wines, and enjoy the best meal in town.

From the beginning the evening was Great!!! The host, Peter, Helped us with the menu. He took the time to answer our questions and tell us how much freedom we had with the house menu. His suggestions on wines were first rate-I wish I could have sat and tasted the local wines, which can be done, but not the night we were there, since we came for out evening meal. Go and have a good meal and evening. Write down the names of the wines so you'll know what to look for back home and go back a day later and try a glass or two more. This is the best place in town. Peters wife is the chef, and she is first rate.
