Super friendly staff good for a place of sharpeners, decent eating and good choice of drinks. add them to the darts and pool table as well as televized sport and this pub does what it says on the dose. the atmosphere is a little quiet here, which can be good for some.

The restaurant was great for the large group I came with; it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves since it was quite empty. It was definitely worth the visit! The only downside was that the atmosphere could use a little freshness.

Big pub it is the place for a good week drink and ride

I absolutely love this place! It's a beautiful traditional family pub with incredibly friendly staff. The landlord, Jerry, is a great guy.

Best pub in brentwood and Shenfield not only are the staff great but the punters are as well. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.
