Peter's Sushi Thai - Brentwood

I visited for the first time and ordered the pad Thai with chicken. The portion size was generous, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. I requested it to be spicy, but it seemed like that wasn't noted because it had neither spice nor much taste overall. On a positive note, the egg roll that came with the dish was excellent. The service felt hurried and impersonal; my server didn't engage with me at all, yet he took the time to chat with the next customer, who appeared to be a regular. It's important to be friendly to everyone to cultivate loyal customers.

Huge fan of Peter's. Have come with family for many, many years. Consistently excellent sushi. Occasionally I indulge in fish cheeks or other items, and my kids love the pad thai. Peter's was great through the pandemic, when so many of my favorites really lost the ability to be consistent and provide nice service. We like to think our regular orders helped keep one of our biggest go-tos in business, though they seemed to keep plenty of other steady clientele. Cheers to Peter's!

I visit this restaurant frequently because the sushi is delicious, and the egg rolls are great too. I often treat myself to the various types of curry they offer. Just be cautious with the spice level, as it can get quite intense (the server will definitely give you a heads-up if you choose level 3, haha). The service is consistently good and quick. I always end up taking some food home since the portions are quite generous.

Overall, we had a great experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, with very friendly staff. Our food arrived quickly, and the sushi (salmon roll and salmon nigiri) was quite good for Nashville. I look forward to trying a special roll on my next visit. I ordered the pad see ew, which was decent for a Thai dish. I opted for a level 3 spice, just one notch below “Thai hot,” but it turned out to be not very spicy at all. If you enjoy spiciness, I’d recommend ordering a level 4! The presentation was lovely, and the restaurant was very clean. It was always bustling with activity! I hope to return soon to sample different dishes and hopefully upgrade my rating from four stars to five stars!

Easily the best sushi around! The restaurant is clean and I would consider it a step or two above casual but definitely not too fancy to where you cannot show up in sweatpants haha! The food (both sushi and other dishes) are amazing and delicious and everything is plated beautifully. The staff is very kind and always welcome you with a smile! Disclaimer: it’s not uncommon for them to have a wait but they have a nice waiting area along with a paper list to write your name on. Everything else is wonderful but I will say that it’s on the pricier side (it’s sushi though so that’s to be expected)!
