Las Palmas Mexican - Brentwood

Met a friend here for a quick bite and drink , and had to wait on her to arrive . The place had 3 tables occupied when I arrived-not busy. The waiter took my order for a drink while I waited . Never came back after serving my drink until she arrived. Never asked if I needed water or wanted anything else while I waited . We both ordered and waited for our food and my came but hers didn?t . When she asked him ,after patiently waiting for her order , he said she never ordered , then retracted his statement and said ?oh yeah, but you never told me what meat you wanted? . Then it took another 15 minutes on top of the hour and a half it took to get food/service . All the while we watched him sit at an empty table and mess with his phone or aimlessly wander around . Will never go back . Terrible service and customer service .

We came here for the Nashville Taco week 2022 and may not have hunted in another restaurant, as it is a 25-minute drive from our house. Young we are glad that we did everything was delicious, the service was friendly and fantastic, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. We have already decided that this will be a regular restaurant in our rotation, now that we have discovered this local family chain of about 8 Las Palmas restaurants... even if it is a 25-minute drive from our house!

Actually, we weren't impressed with the Mexican food here. Very disappointing. I don't need a Machaca cow. The frogs were not even frogs, which they were hardly wrapped in the tortilla. Arizona Mexican food is far better. Watch Popos Fiesta del Sol and get some ideas about some Mexican food people from Arizona.

Use here 4 nights a week and loved it. Covid really worked on her. The first service was terrible. It's better. Now the shares are very small and prices have increased more than other places. As much as I enjoyed this place in the pass. Until they find a balance between service and food, I'm out.

We had a fantastic time dining here! We tried the fajitas, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas, and all of them were delicious. They also provide complimentary chips and salsa, which was delightful—just the right amount of spice for my taste. The restaurant was impeccably clean. We visited for lunch on a Friday, and it wasn't crowded at all. The waitstaff were extremely polite and made sure our drinks were always filled. Until next time!
