America's Best Wings - Brentwood

This restaurant was disappointing. I called ahead to place my order 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order hadn't even been entered into the system. I requested double rice over the phone, but the person I spoke with insisted that the order comes with both rice and French fries, and seemed reluctant to accommodate my request. When I finally picked up my order, I found both fries and rice in the container. They then attempted to remove the fries, which felt unsanitary since several people had already handled my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I ordered a mild 10-piece chicken meal, but the chicken was overcooked and tough, which made me feel unwell. When I called the manager, she told me that they wouldn't issue a refund but could remake my food. However, I don't think a second attempt is worth it; it just feels like money wasted.

The cashier was very friendly, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I also discovered plastic in my drink, which led me to throw it away. I'm confused about how plastic ended up in my fruit punch, especially since the straws are made of paper. Overall, I don't plan to return.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional as well.

Staff was great, kind made sure my order was correct, food hot, and presented well on the take out tray, you see it for you leave out. The seafood was very tasty season real good very fresh.
