My family and I decided to stop there for lunch Wow we were not disappointed, amazing service from Nikola great food and everyone left full and satisfied Thanks for us We will definitely be back

5 star customer service provided by Steve. We pre booked but were early and we were very kindly accommodated. It was my grandson’s 6th birthday and the staff were great at setting up the cake that we had purchased and sang happy birthday and then we ate that for dessert and plates etc were provided. We even needed the final bill split between 5 families and Steve was happy to help. Food was nice as expected .

The food was good and the service was friendly. I just disappointed with the miscommunication. I got a burger and they asked me which kind of fries and if I would like salad or corn with my order. The way they served it looked like it was part of the side for my burger, they didn't made clear it was extra, and at the end they charged it in my bill. They trick me to get an extra sale but they lost a customer. Unfortunately, some companies prefer to make money tricking customers in one sale than try to build customers loyalty.

Considering the volume of people in the resteraunt the staff were absolutley brilliant, food came out very quickly, it was also very tasty and our waiter was very friendly. Without doubt the best Frankie Benny’s I’ve ever visited.

We went for lunch this afternoon at Frankie and Benny’s,it was fantastic.The staff were fantastic,both our waiters were really polite and made perfect attention to detail,even asking if I wanted more butter for my jacket potato.The burger was also delicious too,cheese added a lot of flavour and meat was cooked well and tasted delicious.Nice bun too.The jacket potato was delicious too.Also my lemonade was tasty and really cooled me down!!!!!Food came out exceptionally quickly too.Nice atmosphere,nice decor,I love the really fresh new decor of Frankie and Benny’s.Also restaurant and restrooms were clean as well.Would highly recommend this f&b to anyone.
