Blue Bell Creameries - Brenham

Great place for everyone to go and try different ice cream favor. The only reason that make me give Blue Bell 2 stars due to staff actitud is lame. They look like your bothering them if you ask a simple question. Other than that the place is really nice to have good time with the kids. ??

We were driving through town and decided to visit the factory. It was a great experience to see how they packaged the ice cream and a bonus to get a big scoop of ice cream for only $1. Don't miss this if you are in town.

Nice place to stop by if you 're near the area. I was kind of expecting more from the observation deck. It would he great if there was a guided tour of how the ice cream was made, rather than just watching a video or watching through the windows of the observation deck. They don 't allow any photos are videos in the ibservation deck. The gift store had a lot of nice and cute items, but they 're really expensive. They had various, small museums. The best part is, of course, the ice cream. It 's only $1 a scoop, and it 's no tiny scoop either. Tax is already included in the $1. If spending less than $5, then you need to pay in cash. Its cool because they have some flavors that you cant find in the store. There were A LOT of visitors when we went (Monday midday).Overall, it 's an okay place to visit. I dont think i would make the trip here again, unless there was a reason to be in Brenham. Best thing was the ice cream and some photo opportunities.

Fun little trip for the family. We’ve lived in the Houston area for 20 years and never made it to the creamery. Kids had a great time and it is fun to see how the ice cream is made. They have about 16 flavors of ice cream at the parlor. At only one dollar per scoop you can sample and share a bunch for next to nothing.

We stopped at the creamery on our way to our Thanksgiving getaway away this year just to stretch our legs a bit. We ended up walking through the museum and reading about the history of Blue Bell. The $1.00 for a scoop of ice cream was everyone’s favorite! The scoop was a huge scoop too! Like a 2 cup scoop! There were more flavors to choose from than I’ve ever seen. It was heaven!
