Ich besuche diese Raststätte alle zwei Monate, da sie sich genau auf halber Strecke zwischen meinem Start- und Zielort befindet. Hauptsächlich nutze ich allerdings die Sanitäranlagen. Diese sind in der Regel sauber und gut ausgestattet (mit Toilettenpapier, Seife und Handtuchspendern). Zu Stoßzeiten kann es, wie vermutlich überall, vorkommen, dass man anstehen muss oder nach Papier fragen muss. Das empfinde ich jedoch als normal, wenn viele Kunden gleichzeitig anwesend sind. Was ich dem Betreiber jedoch ernsthaft ans Herz legen möchte, ist, dass der Raum bitte mit einem erfrischenden Duft begrüßt wird (grundsätzlich). Dann ist es zu Stoßzeiten auch nicht so schlimm, wenn in drei verschiedenen Kabinen nebenan gefühlt der Höllenschlund aufgerissen wird. Na, Sie wissen, was ich meine! Das wäre wirklich eine kleine, aber feine Verbesserung.

Said they couldn’t put chocolate on top of the cappuccino which I was sad about. And didn’t understand, as they sell hot chocolate/caco there. Was really hot and stuffy inside, so went outside for fresh air. The positive amid the negatives Can use the 1euro receipt from toilet to get the 1 euro off coffee.

The staff is very slow, they walk around very relaxed, and it’s okay that there’s a queue, it concerns all the staff in this building

Excellent service and very good quality of food. Nice ambient.
