A family business. they have the best “Käsespätzle” for only 11€ and they fill as often as desired. the best is to go with a group and have them from a bowl and share with all. the staff is very friendly and fast...

We were a couple of times, the first time we were just by chance and then we were happy to find it again! wonderful eating, including bright fresh vegetables, helpful friendly staff and spectacular views. the eiskreations are amazing. a must if they are in the opposite (hopefully sitting on a warm summer day on the terrace).

We ate here as a family of four. we enjoyed eating, the beautiful hostess, their amusing and consuming children and the obsler! we will undoubtedly return to this beautiful family-run hotel and restaurant

We arrived in the city at 19:45 and had to eat something. we thought we had to go back to the neighboring city that was bigger, but. the owner of haus feuerstein suggested that we try kanisfluh mountain house, which was at the top of the mountain overlooking the community, but closed at 20 o'clock so that we would have to hurry. we made it at 7:55 to the top and the staff seemed really excited that we had come to dinner. the portions were very large, but reasonable prices and the views from inside and outside are amazing. if they are in the opposite, it is worth going up the mountain to eat a bite.

Regular visitors to Austria and this restaurant always figures in our plans for eating out. Very friendly staff. Great menu selection and very willing to help out with special dietary requirements. Visited now every years for the past five six years. Always consistently high...standards.Well priced offering excellent value for money. Can be difficult to get to in the winter as the access roads especially from Schnepfau is narrow and steep. Not for the faint hearted
