Creams Cafe Stockport

We have a small local cleaning business and have cleaned for Rana the owner at Creams for over 4 years, He has closed the site and has avoided paying us the invoices he owes us for staff wages who have worked hard trying to clean at his site in Stockport. Unfortunately we were never given the right amount of hours needed to clean the site to the standard needed and therefore we can understand some of the customer comments around cleaning standards we tried our best under difficult circumstances. We have paid the member of staff who cleaned at the site without receiving any payment from Rana and he is choosing to ignore all attempts of communication. Rana Raheel Sarwar Please do the 'right thing ' and pay what you owe or at least have the decency to return our attempts to contact you. Thank you

Terrible dessert and service. Very disappointed. It’s gone downhill. Genuinely wouldn’t recommend, and I’m a dessert connoisseur

Been here before and it was decent. This time it was terrible. Half the things we asked for they didn't have. The service was incredibly slow, with items coming out incredibly staggered, staff weren't particularly friendly or caring. Food wasn't as good as previous either. Overall a much poorer experience

Customer service is appalling not one smile from a staff member and make you feel a complete burden for being there. Used to be full of life it’s a shame it’s gone so down hill

Not too busy, perhaps lacking better atmosphere, seating options good, decent choice but perhaps a little expensive on average.
