The drive-thru is a great advantage for this busy Starbucks. You can conveniently use the mobile ordering feature here and choose to pick up your order either in the drive-thru or inside the store. This location is situated diagonally across from Whole Foods in La Floresta. The staff is very friendly, especially towards those who have family members affected by COVID-19 or who may be feeling anxious about it. Orders are always handled with care, and I've noticed a touch of humor in their service. This Starbucks is located at the intersection of Kraemer and Imperial Highway. I'm truly grateful for the entire team here and for the effort they put into providing us with hot and cold beverages during these challenging times. I appreciate that I'm able to stay here.

Great customer service and quick service; there's no unnecessary waiting to be served.

It's a great spot during our drive through the canyon. It's usually not very crowded, making it a nice stop along the way.
