Maui Hawaiian Bbq - Brea

Uh, it was my first time I had dinner there and I love it. I had hawaiian bbq huh and rice.

These guys are amazing. Food is a definite upgrade from other establishments such as Ono and they make sure to keep a clean and safe workstation. Been coming here since we moved to Brea in December once or twice a month and have never been disappointed or left with a wrong order. Don't forget you get a free roll of TP (due to Covid-19) with a family meal! Thankful to the cashier and the cooks that make it work during these trying times. Thank you.

I personally loved it. The food was cooked perfectly and marinated perfectly. I don 't know what these people are talking about with, the meat was too dry . I had the combo platter and it was great. I 'm not in Brea often but definitely coming back if I need a quick bite.

Large Hawaiian grilled meat plates, Mac salad and pork leach in a clean and spacious environment. Food is generously cut. Many Hawaiian drinks are available. This location in Brea also serves many Japanese ducks with meat, chicken and grilled salmon, Bento combinations and special roles with raw fish. I have ordered many of their Japanese articles in the past and I am often disappointed when I ordered their specials and had more mises than hits. The rice they serve is another variety and/or they boil it wrong. It is often more on the dry side, harder and does not stick together, making it more difficult to eat with chipsticks. Fog soup served in a foaming bowl is usually after a 5 minute drive home lukewarm. The latest Combo orders from bbq Huhn Bento and bbq pork Bento were the most disappointing. Rice was not on the way again, California rolls tasted like spoiled unknown ingredients. Mixed shrimp and herbal tempura was cold, chewing and thick with dough. The meat was good as usual. On a positive note, their counterpart is always helpful, patient and pleasant.

This place is definitely a hit. Fast and simple dinner, many options. Limited seating and it is occupied. This is a popular place for good food. In my experience many of these Hawaiian bbq places tend to have all the same flavors and the food tends to be all tastes equal to the sauces are not intended. However, this special Hawaiian bbq stands alone with its aromas and sauces. 10/10 would make a 3 hour drive here to eat again in this place.
