Maybe this is a good thing during every month except January! The Mexican-American menu mostly leaned towards Mexican dishes, and Spanish was the main language spoken by the employees and customers. We decided to try the burritos, a pollo asada, and the carnitas. I have to say, the burritos were the best I have ever had in my life. They were served with salsa verde and salsa roja on the side. We also enjoyed soda, and the bill came out to just $17. I wish I lived closer to this place!
The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was just right and the order was prepared promptly. The avocado was also very fresh.
The best Mexican food in the world can be found in the Imperial Valley, specifically at Las Californias in Brawley. During my visit with my son, we enjoyed breakfast dishes like chorizo con huevos and chilaquiles. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Despite being the busiest spot in town, the service was prompt. A great choice for anyone passing through the city.
I only had the special quesadillas that are found here in the imperial valley, but I have recommended this restaurant since its recording. so good, my mother says she loves her enchiladas. lol
Found it on Google. Clean. Good food. Good prices. Didn't have to ask for chips and salsa. Fajitas came with a nice side salad. Beats any other mexican food that I've had in Brawley.
