フィードバックを提供するOver the last 12 months, something drastically changed. I used to be a frequent customer (2-3) times a month passing threw for work. Not anymore. I can't sit out in the parking lot in a large truck taking up several spaces inspecting all my food to make sure it's right, and Hot... I get a simple order of a pain bacon cheese burger and fries, how can you botch that up? It's never right, I end up waiting 15-20 minutes just to get a few miles up the highway to find out, it's wrong, it's cold and it sucks! I'll happily wait the time for hot fresh food, but when I wait and wait and you give me garbage, only half of what I paid for and after all the wait its cold? No... now I don't even bother and drive right on by.
It's BK. Take it or leave it. Service can be slow but food is consistent.
They were short staffed but very pleasant. And the burger looked just like the ones on TV. Very well put together, not sloppy at all. Great job ?
The new manager changed it from free refills to pay for refills.. maybe he's clueless but he could have asked some of the cashiers or he could know company policy if he's going to be a manager.. He's a new middle age guy....I thought managers are supposed to know company policy.That's the only reason for three stars...Otherwise it's great
Last straw, I'm Done!To make a long story short the workers here have forgotten drinks, have given me the wrong drink, and left out added items to my sandwiches in the past.This time they did all three in one order. Forgot a drink, I got three out of four, one drink was wrong, they left out the bacon on a burger that is famous for bacon and made my partners burger so sloppy, drowned in mayonnaise, he couldn't eat it.I'm contacting corporate about this. Look at these pictures!I don't want a corrected order, to be frank I'm afraid to eat there!
