Brantford location: It was our first time at this restaurant for my husband’s birthday. The waiters were friendly and polite. The cost of the food is affordable. Good portion size. It was very loud so if you’re looking for a quiet atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. They follow social distancing guidelines. We will definitely go there again.

The food quality was terrible. We first ordered chicken and they had no chicken on the menu. Then we went for grams in the ribs you could not even eat they were so tough.

The food at Chuck’s Roadhouse is good quality and what you expect at a pub. The service by Paul was very welcoming and he delivered an element of fun to a birthday party we were celebrating. The kitchen took a little bit longer than necessary to deliver on the food, but it was worth the wait.
