Chick-fil-a - Branson

My coworkers and I get food here very often and the food is always good and our orders have yet to be wrong. Today the young girl working misheard me and created a bit of confusion for the kitchen. No big deal, but when the server taking my payment read my order back to me and I corrected her, she and several other employees were visibly upset at this young girl for making such a simple mistake. I had no issue waiting the extra few minutes or pulling out of the way and allowing other customers to move through the line as my order was adjusted. Yet I felt uncomfortable making the correction because of the way the employees looked at the young woman who took my order. It can be difficult to hear in the busy drive thru and there was a giant noisy truck in the lane beside me. She did what she thought was best in the moment, teach her to learn from the issue. One of the other employees tossed the incorrect order back over the line, obviously angry at the girl for her mistake. Service is great. Food is awesome. Teamwork is poor.

I love Chick fil A! The management and team here are great! It's always clean. The food is always tasty. Everyone is always friendly. The community outreach and involvement is another wow factor. Keep up the great work! :

My husband and I frequent this restaurant at least once a month. We’re locals here in Branson and Chick-Fil-A has the best customer service of any sit down, eat in, or fast food restaurant we’ve been to here in town. Even on days we’ve had to wait for our food they’ve righted their wrongs by offering us free meals on our next visit. Their customer service is spectacular and they genuinely care about their guests. We’ve never once had a single quality problem with their food. It’s always cooked perfectly.

Many fast food places do a good job of getting you tasty food quickly. However, if in addition you want excellent service with a genuine gratefulness that you are there, Chick-fil-A is the place to go! Thank you Chick-fil-A Branson!

We always stop at this location for breakfast as we are leaving town. They have the best breakfast in town. They are always clean and very friendly. We will always to make sure we stop in for a snack or lunch or dinner.
